Mass Production Estimation Test Before Shipment

A production simulation test standard is used to simulate the production of different types of molds. For a 1 lip cavity pet preform mould, the test standard is 24 hours continuous running without stop. This ensures that all movements, cooling, and ejection systems are fully run-in before shipping, identifying potential issues early to save the user significant time and cost.

All 1 lip cavity pet preform mould parts are manufactured by CNC equipment. Independent cooling systems for each cavity ensure size consistency. We utilize Computerized CNC (Computer Numeric Coordinates) Systems (CAD/CAM) to produce molds with accuracy. Our facility employs manual, automatic, and computerized equipment to meet high-standard mold requirements.

Established in 2003, with 16 years of plastic molds experience and more than 10 years of foreign trade experience. Our operation is engaged in the production and sales of plastic moulds and fully accepts OEM services. We have our own factory, R&D department, and quality control department.
