Product Description

This machine tool is a specialized deep hole drilling machine with high efficiency, high precision and high automation. It adopts the external chip removal drilling method (gun drilling method), and through a single continuous drilling operation, it can replace the processing accuracy and surface roughness that usually require a series of drilling, reaming and hobbing processes to achieve.

Controlled by a digital control system, it features both single-action and automatic cycle functions, making it ideal for small-batch processing and high-volume mass production. It is capable of drilling through holes, blind holes, and stepped holes.
