Product Description

It is made from carbonaceous raw materials (petroleum coke, pitch coke, coal pitch) through a series of production processes. The compression molding process can adopt cold molding or cold isostatic pressing. The use of the most advanced high-tonnage cold isostatic pressing molding process can ensure the production of uniform, dense and high-strength continuous cast graphite. Adding surface coating technology can extend the service life of the graphite crystallizer, improve the quality of the continuous casting metal surface, and increase the speed of the continuous casting process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the required material dimensions (Thickness, Width, Length, or Diameter), surface condition, tolerance requests, quantity, and technical drawings if available.
How is product quality guaranteed?
Each step of production and all finished products undergo rigorous inspection by our QC department. Only goods that meet all specifications are allowed into the warehouse.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Generally, the lead time is approximately 15 to 20 days after the receipt of the Purchase Order, depending on the order complexity.
What are the available payment terms?
We typically accept a 30% deposit with the 70% balance against the BL copy or LC. Other terms may be negotiated based on order value.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on the destination port, total weight, packing size, and total CBM. We work with forwarders to find the most cost-effective solution for our clients.
What transportation methods do you offer?
For weights under 45kg, express (TNT, DHL, FedEx) is recommended. Between 45kg and 100kg, air freight or express are options. For over 100kg, air or sea freight is usually best.
