A: We can produce any color for powder coating as long as a color sample is provided. Our typical coating thickness ranges from 60-80um.
Q3: How durable is the wood grain finish (D1010)?
A: Using Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film, it meets AAMA Standard 2603. It passes 1000-hour UV and salt spray tests, offering a 10-year color guarantee.
Q4: What is the typical lead time for samples and mass production?
A: Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks for new molds and samples, followed by 3-4 weeks for mass production after deposit confirmation.
Q5: Which certifications and standards do your products follow?
A: We are ISO certified. Our production adheres to international standards including DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB.
Q6: What are your common packing methods?
A: We commonly use plastic shrinking film and kraft paper. Custom packaging, such as wooden pallets or cartons, is also available upon request.
