Specialized in large-size, complicated, and precise die casting molds. We utilize 5-axis CNC milling machines with strokes up to 3000 x 3000 x 12000mm. Our facility is equipped with high-level Gantry machining centers, advanced CNC-EDM machining, and CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments.
We utilize advanced design software including UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E, alongside MAGMA and Flow 3D for flow analysis and structural innovation.
