What are the standard trade and payment terms?
We accept FOB, CFR, and CIF trade terms. For payment, we typically require a 30% initial deposit with the order, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable LC at sight is also accepted.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 set for most of our machines. Certain low-cost auxiliary machines may require a higher quantity.
What is the warranty period for the equipment?
We offer a five-year warranty. During this period, if any parts are damaged due to non-human factors, we will provide new replacement parts free of charge.
