What are your payment terms?
For usual orders, we accept T/T 30% deposit upfront and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. For small orders, 100% deposit is required before shipment.
Do you support OEM/ODM services for our own brand?
Yes, we have our own factory and fully support OEM/ODM services. You can send us your details and drawings for a custom solution.
What is the typical lead time?
Generally, production takes around 40-50 days after receiving the deposit. If you have an urgent schedule, please advise us and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Can you produce castings based on our drawings?
Yes, we can manufacture castings according to your 2D drawings or 3D CAD models. Providing 3D models helps make the tooling development more efficient.
