Technical knowledge in moulding injection ensures the best solutions for any project. Facilities include in-house design, drafting, heat treatment, wire cutting, and assembly. A QC Department equipped with three-dimensional measuring-instruments and salt-spray-testing machines ensures strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
Before fabrication, we analyze customer drawings and provide design changes if necessary. Tools are constructed to rigid DME and Hasco standards utilizing high-grade steels (P20, H13, 2344, S136, etc.) and hot runner systems like MoldMaster, Husky, and Yudo.
